Web Based Retailers:

1. 1. Must be legitimate retail operation with retail store front, or acceptable web based business   as determined by Mattel, Inc.
2. 2.Store front or commercially zoned dedicated warehouse and customer network must be based within the 50 states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Guam ("the United States").
   The following warehouse/ warehouse locations are not considered appropriate:
            A. UPS store or Post Office Box location.
            B. Warehouse, garage, structure or barn on residential property.
            C. Any fulfillment center.
            D. The warehouse may not be shared by any other business.
            E. Storage rental facility or unit.
            F. Freight Forwarding Address.
   
3. 3. Must have a 'live' website with retail prices and images. If site is not operational we cannot open or approve your application until site is functioning.
4. 4. Must not misuse trademarks: Mattel will not approve web based retailers who use a Mattel trademark in the business or domain name.
5. 5. Must accept a minimum of one major credit card, while following applicable credit and industry requirements for protection of data.
6. 6. Must have third party credit card verification system in place.
7. 7. Must have 'Contact Us' page with physical address and valid email address for customer service.
